llmartlab offers 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all home product orders within the United States. This policy outlines our shipping terms, timelines, and procedures for domestic US orders.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders delivered to any address in the continental US (including Alaska/Hawaii with extended delivery times). No minimum purchase is required – every order qualifies for free shipping.

We do not charge hidden shipping/handling fees. The price shown at checkout (plus applicable tax) is the final amount you pay.

2. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding US holidays) – orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship same day; after 2:00 PM ET ship next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (typically 1-2 business days after placement).

3. Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

Southeast US (Florida): 2-4 business days
Northeast/Midwest US: 3-5 business days
West Coast US: 4-7 business days
Alaska/Hawaii: 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for delivery. The carrier is selected based on your address, and tracking details are provided in your shipping confirmation.

5. Damaged/Lost Shipments

Contact us within 5 business days of estimated delivery for damaged/lost shipments: info@allmartlab.shop. We will assist with claims and arrange replacements/refunds at no cost to you.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) – no international shipping is available.
